What to know
- Canva Pro is a personal plan; Canva Teams, sold under Software, is a different product.
- Give the email your Canva or CapCut account signs in with, including if you signed up with Google or Facebook.
- After delivery, sign out and back in. In CapCut, check both the app and the web version if one still shows the free tier.
