Refund Policy

Digital products are different from physical goods. Here is what can be refunded, what cannot, and where the money goes.

August 1, 2026

Full refund

Code does not work, product never delivered, or the listing described something different from what you received.

Partial refund

A subscription stopped working part-way through the warranty the seller listed. If the claim stands, you get back the unused portion.

No refund

Code already redeemed, you changed your mind, or you bought the wrong region after the listing warned you.

1When you can claim

Open a dispute from your order page. Each seller sets their own warranty terms, shown on the listing and again with your order — check those for the window that applies. You qualify for a refund if:

  • The product was never delivered
  • The code or login does not work and the seller cannot replace it
  • The product is materially different from the listing description
  • A subscription stopped working inside the warranty the seller listed
  • You were charged twice for the same order

2When you cannot claim

  • You redeemed the code and simply changed your mind
  • You bought the wrong region despite the listing stating the restriction
  • You changed the password on a shared-account product
  • You used the product on more devices than the plan allows
  • The warranty the seller listed has already run out
Redeemed codesOnce a code has been redeemed it cannot be returned — the publisher has already activated it against an account. The code appears on your order page as soon as it is delivered; there is no separate step where you choose to see it. So check region and platform on the listing before you pay.

3How to request one

Everything happens on the order page, so we can see the delivery record:

  • Open My Orders and find the order
  • Click Report a problem and choose a reason
  • Add screenshots or an error message if you have one
  • The seller replies or replaces the product
  • If it is not resolved between you, our team reviews the dispute

4How long it takes

Once a refund is approved, the money goes to your CubieMart wallet balance:

Wallet balance — immediately, whichever method you originally paid with. You can spend it on your next order straight away, or withdraw it. Refunds are not sent back to bKash, Nagad or a bank account automatically.

You can always take the refund as wallet balance instead, which lands immediately and never expires.

5Chargebacks

Please open a dispute with us before contacting your bank. A chargeback freezes the order, the seller's balance and often your account while the bank investigates — which takes far longer than our own process. Accounts with repeated unjustified chargebacks are closed.

6If we get it wrong

If you disagree with a dispute decision, reply on the same ticket and ask for a review. A different member of the team looks at it fresh. Write to disputes@cubiemart.com if the ticket is already closed.
