Delete Your Account

You → Settings → Delete account. Type your password to confirm. It happens straight away.

Open orders and money still in your wallet have to be settled before the account can go.

1How to delete it

Nobody has to email us for this — you can do it yourself, and it takes effect immediately.

In the CubieMart app: tap You, then Settings, then Delete my account at the bottom. Type your password to confirm.

On this website: sign in, open Account → Settings, and use Delete account at the bottom of the page.

You will be signed out on every device at once, and you will not be able to sign in again with that email.

2What gets erased

The moment you confirm, we erase the things that identify you:

Your name, email address, username, phone number and profile photo

Your password, and the link to your Google account if you used one

Two-factor settings and any saved payment methods

Every signed-in session and every device registered for notifications

Your notifications and your referral code

3What we keep, and why

Orders you already completed stay on record, with your name replaced by "Deleted account". Two reasons, and neither is about us:

The seller on the other side of that order needs their own sales record

Payment and tax records have to be kept for the periods set out in our Privacy Policy

Those rows no longer point at a person. Nobody can look up who placed the order from them.

4When you cannot delete yet

We stop the deletion if anything is still unfinished, because otherwise money or goods would be left hanging:

Your wallet still holds a balance — spend it or withdraw it first

An order of yours has not been delivered or completed

You sell on CubieMart and have earnings that have not been paid out

You sell on CubieMart and buyers are still waiting for a delivery

The app tells you which one applies. Settle it and the button works.
