1Who we are

CubieMart is an online marketplace for digital products — game top-ups, gift cards, subscriptions, software licences and AI tool access. We connect buyers with independent sellers. Unless a listing says "Sold by CubieMart", the seller is a third party and not an employee or agent of ours.

These terms apply to everyone who uses the site: buyers, sellers and visitors who are only browsing.

2Your account

You need an account to buy or sell. When you register you agree to:

• Give accurate details and keep them up to date
• Keep your password private and not share your login
• Be at least 18 years old, or have a guardian handle the purchase
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used your account

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why when we do.

3Buying on CubieMart

Prices are shown in US dollars unless stated otherwise. An order is confirmed once payment clears, not when it is placed.

• A listing marked auto-delivery sends a code from the seller's stock once payment clears
• Some products need the seller to send details manually — the listing tells you which
• Codes and keys are single-use; once the seller has delivered one it counts as delivered
• Do not change the password on a shared-account product, or the warranty is void

4Selling on CubieMart

Sellers must complete verification before listing. As a seller you agree to:

• Only list products you have the legal right to sell
• Describe products accurately, including region and device restrictions
• Deliver within the time stated on your listing
• Honour the warranty you advertise
• Keep up with buyer messages on your open orders

We charge a commission on each completed sale. The current rate is shown in your seller dashboard. We may change it with 30 days notice.

5Prohibited items and conduct

• Stolen, fraudulently obtained or charged-back codes
• Products that breach a publisher’s terms of service
• Accounts belonging to someone else
• Anything illegal where the buyer or seller lives
• Manipulating reviews, ratings or referral rewards

Listings that break these rules are removed without notice, and repeat breaches end in a permanent ban with any pending balance held pending investigation.

6Payments, fees and payouts

Checkout lists the payment methods that are switched on for your account and your region. Mobile payments are handled by their own providers; crypto tops your wallet up rather than paying for an order directly.

Seller earnings become available to withdraw once the order completes and the payout hold set by CubieMart has passed. A withdrawal request is then reviewed by our team before it is paid out.

7Limitation of liability

CubieMart provides the marketplace. Where a seller supplies the product, our responsibility is limited to refunding what you paid through our platform. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or missed opportunities.

Nothing here removes rights you have under the consumer law of your country.

8Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform changes. If a change materially affects you we will email you and post a notice on the site at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use CubieMart after that means you accept the new version.
