Your money is held from the moment you pay until the order completes. Pressing Confirm & complete is what tells us it worked.
If you say nothing, a delivered order completes automatically three days after delivery. You will get a notification when that happens.
Confirm only when
- You can see the top-up in the game, or
- The code redeemed successfully, or
- The subscription is visible in your account.
You can still report a problem on an order after it completes. Confirming does not remove that option.
