What the Player Tag is
It is the short code of letters and digits with a hash in front that identifies your Brawl Stars account. Your in-game name does not do that job — names can be shared and changed.
Each Supercell game issues its own tag. The one from Clash of Clans will not work here.
Where to find it
-
1
Open Brawl Stars
Be on the account you want the Gems on.
-
2
Open your profile
Tap your player icon or name on the main menu.
-
3
Read the tag under your name
It starts with a hash and usually has a copy option next to it.
-
4
Copy it into the order form
Exactly as shown, without cleaning it up.
Gems sent against a wrong tag land on another player's account and cannot be recovered or refunded.
Mistakes people actually make
- Using the Clash of Clans tag because both are Supercell games.
- Sending the in-game name instead of the tag.
- Reading a club tag from the club screen.
- Retyping the tag and mixing up lookalike characters.
Check it before you pay
-
1
Take it from Brawl Stars itself
Not from another Supercell game and not from an old note.
-
2
Paste it
Then compare it with the profile screen once.
-
3
Recheck on the order page
Before the seller marks it delivered, a mistake can still be cancelled.
Common questions
Can I use my Supercell ID email instead?
Give what the form asks for, which is the Player Tag. Do not send login codes to anyone, whatever the reason given.
Does the tag change if I rename?
No. The tag stays with the account.
