What Wild Rift needs
League of Legends: Wild Rift runs on a Riot account, so your address is a Riot ID with a tagline after a hash, plus the region the account belongs to.
Your summoner name shown in a match is not enough on its own. Names repeat; the tagline does not.

Open Wild Rift
Sign in on the account you want the Wild Cores on.

Open your profile
Tap your avatar or name on the main screen. Your Riot ID and tagline are shown together there.

Or check your Riot account on the web
Signing in to your Riot account shows the ID, the tagline and the region in one place.

Fill the three fields
Riot ID, tagline without the hash, and region.
The wrong tagline or the wrong region sends the Wild Cores to another account, and delivered top-ups are not refundable.
Mistakes people actually make
- Giving the summoner name without the tagline.
- Buying on the PC League of Legends listing by mistake.
- Guessing the region rather than reading it from the account.
