What the card buys
A PlayStation Store gift card adds funds to your PSN wallet. From there you buy games, add-ons, season passes, in-game currency and PlayStation Plus.
CubieMart also lists direct PlayStation Plus vouchers. Those are a different product: they add subscription time, not wallet balance.
Sony states that the voucher code must be for the same region as your account. A US voucher will not redeem on a PSN account created in another country, and PSN account country cannot be changed after the account is made.
Check your PSN region first

Sign in to Account Management on playstation.com
Your country or region is shown in the account details. It was set when the account was created and is not editable.

Or check the currency in PlayStation Store
Open the store on the console and look at any game price. That currency is your region.

Buy the voucher for that region
If you keep more than one PSN account for different regions, note down which one you are buying for before you pay.
Where your code arrives
On the order page: My Orders at /account/orders, open the order, and the code is printed on it under a green DELIVERED heading, with a Download as .txt button beside it. A PlayStation Store voucher code is 12 digits. A 10-digit code is a discount code, which works differently.
Common questions
I redeemed it on the wrong PSN account.
Sony does not transfer funds or content between accounts. Nothing CubieMart can do either — the code was valid and it was used. Check which account you are signed into before entering a code.
Can a child account redeem a wallet voucher?
Sony requires wallet top-up codes to be redeemed on the family manager's account. The family manager can then set a spending limit for the child.
The code was already used when it reached me.
That is a CubieMart matter. Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the PlayStation error and open a dispute. See /help/refunds.
