What the code buys
A Steam Wallet code adds funds to your Steam Wallet. You can spend the balance on games, DLC, in-game items, and purchases on the Steam Community Market.
Wallet funds cannot be moved to another account, cashed out, or refunded once added. They also cannot be used to buy a Steam gift card for someone else.
Steam is currency-locked, not just region-locked. A code issued in USD will not redeem on an account whose wallet is in BDT, and once your wallet holds a currency you cannot switch it while it has a balance. Check the currency Steam shows you before you buy.

Open the Steam store on any game page
The price is shown in your account currency. That currency is what a Wallet code must match.

Or open Account details
Click your account name in the top-right of the Steam client or website, then Account details. Your wallet balance and its currency are at the top, along with your store country.

Match the region chip on the listing
Steam Wallet listings on CubieMart name their region. Pick the one that matches.
Where your code arrives
On the order page. My Orders at /account/orders, open the order, and the code is printed on it under a green DELIVERED heading, with a Download as .txt button beside it. A Steam Wallet code is 15 characters in three groups of five, separated by dashes.
Common questions
Is a Steam Wallet code the same as a game key?
No. A Wallet code adds money you then spend yourself. A game key unlocks one specific game. They are different products and are redeemed on different screens — see /help/redeem/steam.
Can I change my Steam country to use a cheaper card?
Steam sets your store country from where you actually pay from, and it will not let you switch while a wallet balance is sitting there. Treat your current currency as fixed and buy for it.
Steam says the code is already used.
If you never redeemed it, that is a delivery problem and CubieMart handles it. Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem and attach the Steam error. See /help/refunds.
