Payment is confirmed
Instantly for Wallet Balance. For a mobile payment, when our team matches your transaction ID. Until then the order shows Checking payment.

The seller is told
The seller only sees your details after the payment is confirmed. That is why nothing happens while a payment is still being checked.

It is delivered
Code-based products with stock are delivered by the system the moment payment is confirmed. Everything else is sent by the seller by hand.

You confirm
Check that it works, then press Confirm & complete on the order. If you say nothing, a delivered order closes on its own three days after delivery.

The seller is paid
Your money is held until the order completes. That is what makes a refund possible even after a seller has delivered.
Confirming early does not shorten anything for you. You can still report a problem on a completed order.
