You need an account. Delivery and any later claim are both tied to your order history, so checkout asks you to sign in first.

Find the product
Search by name, or browse a category from the top menu — Top Up, Subscriptions, Gift Cards, Game Keys, Software or AI Tools. Search understands product names, so "netflix 1 month" works.

Pick your seller
Most products are offered by several sellers. The product page shows each one with their price, rating and their own delivery estimate. The cheapest is not always the fastest, so it is worth a glance.

Check the restrictions
Region, platform and any account requirement are shown on the product page near the price. A key for the wrong region will not redeem, and that is not the seller's fault — this is the one step worth slowing down for.

Fill in what the seller needs
Depending on the product you will be asked for a player UID, a username, or the email your account uses. Required boxes must be filled before the order can be placed. Type it carefully — the seller delivers to exactly what you wrote.

Add to Cart, or Buy Now
Buy Now takes you straight to checkout with that one item; everything else stays in your cart untouched. Add to Cart lets you pay for several products in one go. Either way, check the summary before you pay.

Pay
Checkout shows the payment methods that are switched on for you. Wallet Balance is instant. A mobile method means you send the exact amount yourself and then enter the number you sent from and the transaction ID, and a person on our side matches it.

Get it and use it
Open My Orders and click the order. What you sent and what the seller sent back both sit on that page, permanently. Codes have a Download as .txt button. Once it works, press Confirm & complete.
Nothing starts moving until the payment is confirmed. With Wallet Balance that is immediate. With a mobile method the order waits at "Checking payment" until it is verified.
