How the two numbers relate
- The order is recorded in US dollars. That is the figure a refund is calculated from.
- For a mobile payment inside Bangladesh, checkout converts it and shows you a Taka amount. That Taka figure is stored with the order, so it is the same number our team looks for.
- Wallet and crypto payments are shown in dollars only, because the wallet itself is in dollars.
- If the rate moves a lot while your checkout page is open, placing the order is refused and you are asked to refresh. That is on purpose, so you are never asked to pay an amount you did not see.
Send exactly the amount checkout shows. Rounding it up or down means the transaction does not match and the order waits.
