Before you start

A Razer Gold PIN is a long numeric string, sometimes delivered with a separate serial number. Keep both together until the reload succeeds.

Sign in to the Razer ID that owns the wallet. Gold cannot be transferred between accounts once it is loaded.

Sign in with your Razer ID

Open the reload section and choose the Razer Gold PIN option

Enter the PIN, and the serial number if one was supplied

Check the wallet balance before you leave the page

If it did not change, the PIN did not go through — screenshot the message now, while it is on screen.

This PIN has already been used	The Gold is in someone's wallet. If not yours, it was used before delivery.	CubieMart — open a dispute
This PIN is not valid for your country	Razer Gold runs country-specific wallets. The PIN belongs to a different one.	Only Razer

A used PIN, a missing serial number the seller should have sent, or the wrong denomination.
Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot, then read /help/refunds.
A game refusing to accept Razer Gold is a Razer or publisher question, not a delivery fault.
