A Riot prepaid code is a long alphanumeric string. Enter it exactly as delivered, including dashes if there are any.
Sign in to the Riot account that plays. Points cannot be transferred between accounts or between Riot games.

Launch VALORANT and sign in

Open the store and go to the VALORANT Points purchase screen

Look for the prepaid card or gift card option and enter the code

What the error means
| Message | What it means | Who can fix it |

| This code has already been used | The points landed on some account. If not yours, it happened before delivery. | CubieMart — open a dispute |
| This code is not valid in your region | The card is for a different Riot region — NA, EU, AP and so on. Riot does not convert them. | Only Riot |
| This code is for a different game | A League RP card cannot be redeemed for VALORANT Points, and the other way round. | Only Riot — buy the right title next time |
When it is CubieMart's problem
- A used code, or a card for a different Riot title than the one the listing named.
- Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot, then read /help/refunds.
