What a valid code looks like
A Roblox gift card code is a string of letters and digits. It is not the same as a promo code for a free item, which is entered on a different page.
Sign in as the player who should get the Robux. Robux cannot be moved between accounts once redeemed.

Sign in at roblox.com as the player who should get the Robux

Open the gift card redeem page from your account menu

Type the code and select Redeem

If you get Roblox Credit rather than Robux, spend it on the Robux purchase page
Credit is a balance; Robux is the in-game currency. Some cards give one, some the other.
What the error means
| Message | What it means | Who can fix it |

| This code has already been redeemed | The value is on an account. If it is not on yours, it was used before delivery. | CubieMart — open a dispute |
| This code is not valid in your region | The card was issued for a different country than your Roblox account. | Only Roblox |
| Invalid code | A typo, or a promo code entered on the gift card page. Retype it by hand. | You first, then CubieMart |
When it is CubieMart's problem
- A code that was already used, or a smaller amount than you paid for.
- Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot, then read /help/refunds.
