Open the order
My Orders, then the order in question.

Look at the late line
An amber panel appears on it saying it has not been delivered within the promised time, with a Cancel & refund button.

Confirm
You are asked once, because money moves. The refund lands in your wallet immediately and the amount is shown to you.
If the seller delivers at exactly the moment you press the button, the cancellation is refused and you keep the product. Reload the page and check what you were sent.
