Cases that qualify
- The order was paid for and nothing was delivered.
- A code or key was delivered but does not redeem.
- What arrived is not what the listing described, or is the wrong item.
- A subscription or account stopped working, and the seller cannot fix it.
How much comes back
What you actually paid for that line — not the sticker price. If you used a coupon, its share of the discount is taken off; if the payment method carried a fee, that line's share of the fee is added back.
Total refunds on an order can never add up to more than the order itself. On the last remaining line, whatever is left of the order is returned, so rounding never leaves you short.
