A code you have already redeemed
Once a code is used, the publisher has tied it to an account. Nobody can undo that, so it cannot be returned and it cannot be resold. This is why the region and platform on the listing are worth reading before you redeem.
The code appears on your order page as soon as it is delivered — there is no separate step where you agree to reveal it. So the moment to change your mind is before you order, not after.
A correct top-up sent to the wrong ID
The seller delivers to exactly the UID, username or email you typed. If you typed a digit wrong, the top-up is now in a stranger's account. The seller did their job, the order shows both what you sent and what they delivered, and the game publisher will not move it.
If the order has not been delivered yet, message the seller immediately from the order page. Before delivery, a correction is sometimes still possible.
Also not covered
- Buying the wrong region or platform when the listing stated it.
- Changing the password or the recovery email on a shared-account product, which stops the seller from managing it.
- Simply changing your mind after a working product has been delivered.
