You can only see a buyer's details after their payment is confirmed. Until then the line is not yours to work on, and opening it will tell you the order is not paid.
What to write for each type

| UID top-up | Credit the UID on the order, then write a short note confirming what you credited. A note alone is enough here. |
| Code or key | Paste the code as the delivery content. It is stored encrypted and shown only to that buyer. |
| Subscription or AI tool on the buyer's account | Activate it on the email or username on the order, then write what you activated and for how long. |
| Account handover | Put the login details in the delivery content, and add any rules the buyer must follow as the note. |
Rules
- You must write either delivery content or a note. An empty delivery is refused.
- A line can only be delivered once, and only while it is still waiting. If the buyer cancelled it a moment earlier, you will be told to reload rather than losing a code into nowhere.
- Deliver inside the estimate on your own listing. Past it, the buyer gets a Cancel & refund button and can take the money back without asking you.
- Never ask a buyer for a password that the listing form did not ask for. That alone is grounds for a dispute against you.
