From sale to bank
-
1
The order is placed
The commission for each line is worked out and stored with the order right then. The default rate is 10%, and an admin can change it in settings — your dashboard shows the rate that applied.
-
2
The order completes
An earning row is created only when the order completes — either the buyer confirms, or a delivered order closes on its own three days after delivery.
-
3
The hold period
The earning starts as pending and becomes available after the hold. The default is three days, and an admin can change it.

You withdraw
Request a withdrawal from your available balance. Only one request can be open at a time, so wait for the current one to finish before starting another.
Payout methods you can add
- bKash, Nagad or Rocket — the account number.
- Bank — bank name, account name, account number, and optionally the branch.
- Payoneer or Wise — the email on that account.
- Crypto — the network and the wallet address.
There is a minimum withdrawal amount and there may be a transaction fee; both are shown on the withdraw page, because both are set in admin settings and can change. A refund on one of your orders reverses the earning for that line.
