- Sell keys you do not have the right to resell, including anything obtained through fraud or a chargeback.
- Ask a buyer for a password, an OTP or a recovery code that your listing form did not ask for.
- Take the conversation or the payment off CubieMart. Off-platform payments have no protection for either side, and the order record is all that a dispute can be judged on.
- Mark an order delivered when it is not. The order page keeps both what the buyer sent and what you delivered.
- Promise a delivery time on your listing that you cannot keep. It is the number the buyer's cancellation window is measured against.
Delivery speed, rating and dispute rate are what move a store up the listings. Automating delivery is the fastest improvement most sellers can make.
