The five checks
- Email Verified — your account email is confirmed.
- Phone Verified — your phone number is confirmed.
- Store Information Complete — your store needs a name, a description and a logo. All three, or this stays unticked.
- Identity Documents Verified — upload the required documents and have them approved.
- Payout Method Added — at least one way for us to pay you.

If a document is rejected, the reason is shown next to it on the Verification page. Fix that specific thing and upload again — a blurry photo or a cut-off edge is the usual cause.
