Copy the code from your order
It appears in the green Delivered block on the order page.

Redeem it in Discord
Open the gift link, or use the redeem option in Discord's own Nitro settings, while signed in to the account you want it on.
Redeem it on the right account the first time. Once used, a Nitro code is tied to that account and cannot be moved or returned.
