What Diamonds are
Diamonds are Free Fire's paid currency. They buy the Elite Pass, characters, bundles, weapon skins and spins. They sit on your account, so they survive a phone change or a reinstall.
Free Fire and Free Fire MAX share one account and one Diamond balance. Whichever of the two you play, the Player ID is the same and the top-up lands in the same place.
Before you start
- Your Free Fire Player ID, copied from your profile in the game. Digits only.
- A CubieMart account, logged in.
- A payment method: bKash, Nagad or wallet balance. Checkout shows the methods that are switched on for you.
- Nothing else. Not your password, not your linked Facebook or Google account, not a code from an SMS.
Buying Diamonds, step by step
-
1
Find the product
Search "Free Fire" from the search bar, or open Top Up and pick Free Fire. If you play MAX, the Free Fire MAX listing is next to it and works the same way.
-
2
Pick the package
Diamond packages, and separately things like the membership offers, are listed by amount. Check that the package name matches what you actually want.
-
3
Compare the sellers
Price, rating and delivery estimate sit side by side on the listing. Pick on the mix, not on price alone.
-
4
Enter your Player ID
Paste the ID into the Player ID field and read it back against the game once.
-
5
Pay
The total is shown before you confirm. CubieMart holds the money until the seller delivers.
-
6
Check in-game and confirm
Restart Free Fire, look at the Diamond count in the top bar, then confirm the order and rate the seller.
One wrong digit in the Player ID and the Diamonds go to someone else's account. Delivered top-ups cannot be reversed and are not refundable. Copy the ID, do not retype it.
How long it takes
A seller sends the Diamonds, so the delivery estimate on that seller's listing is the number to go by. Their store page shows their average time across past orders.
Free Fire sometimes takes a moment to show a new balance. Close the game fully and reopen it before deciding that nothing arrived.
If the Diamonds have not arrived
-
1
Close and reopen the game
The Diamond counter refreshes on login, not while you sit in the lobby.
-
2
Check the order page
My Orders shows whether the seller has marked it delivered.
-
3
Message the seller there
Keep it in the order thread so support can read it later.
-
4
Use Report a problem
Past the estimate with no reply, open a dispute and attach a screenshot of your Diamond balance.
Common questions
Do Free Fire and Free Fire MAX need separate top-ups?
No. They share the account and the Diamond balance, so one top-up covers both. Use whichever listing you find first.
I put in the wrong Player ID. What now?
Message the seller from the order page right away. If the order is still pending they can cancel it and you are refunded. If it has already been delivered, the Diamonds are on the other account for good.
Do I need to log out or give account access?
Never. The Player ID is the whole requirement. Anyone asking for a password or an OTP is not doing a normal top-up.
Will it work on my region's server?
Free Fire runs different regional servers, and some listings only cover some of them. The restrictions are printed on the listing near the price. If yours is not listed, ask the seller before paying.
Why is it cheaper than the in-game store?
Sellers buy in bulk and the app store's cut is not in the price. What you receive is ordinary Diamonds on your ordinary account.
