What Genesis Crystals are
Genesis Crystals are the currency you buy with money in Genshin Impact. Inside the game you convert them into Primogems, and they are also what the Welkin Moon and the Battle Pass are paid with.
Genshin accounts live on a server — Asia, America, Europe or TW/HK/MO. Your UID belongs to one of them. The seller needs both the UID and the server, because the same account name on a different server is a different account entirely.
Before you start
- Your UID, copied from in-game. It is a number and it is not the name shown over your character.
- Your server, exactly as the game shows it.
- A CubieMart account and a payment method.
- Note that some packages are one-time first-purchase bonuses in the game itself. A seller cannot give you a bonus your account has already used.
Buying Genesis Crystals, step by step

Find the product
Search "Genshin", or open Top Up and pick Genshin Impact.

Pick the package
Crystal packs, Welkin Moon and the Battle Pass are separate listings. Read the package name — they are not interchangeable.

Enter UID and server
Paste the UID, then pick the server that matches your account. A mismatch here is the most common Genshin mistake.

Pay
The total is shown before you confirm, and the money is held until the seller delivers.

Check in-game and confirm
Open the in-game shop and check the Crystal balance in the corner, then confirm the order.
A wrong UID, or the right UID on the wrong server, sends the Crystals to another player. That cannot be undone and is not refundable.
How long it takes
A seller processes each order by hand, so go by the delivery estimate on their listing and the average on their store page.
Crystals show up in the shop screen. Primogems do not change until you convert the Crystals yourself, so do not judge the delivery by your Primogem count.

Use the order thread first. Past the estimate with no reply, click Report a problem.
Common questions
Is my character name the same as my UID?
No. The nickname is text and you can change it. The UID is a number tied to the account and it does not change. Sellers need the number.
Do I have to hand over my HoYoverse login?
No. UID and server are enough for a direct top-up. Never give out a password or a verification code.
Can I top up an account on a different server than mine?
Yes, as long as the listing covers that server. Restrictions are shown near the price. Pick the server on the order form to match the account you are topping up, not the one you play on.
Will I get the first-purchase double bonus?
That bonus comes from the game and applies once per pack per account. If your account has already claimed it, no seller can give it again. Ask before you buy if that is what you are paying for.
Why is it cheaper here?
Sellers buy in bulk and there is no app store cut in the price. What arrives is ordinary Genesis Crystals on your account.
