What UC is
UC stands for Unknown Cash. It is the currency PUBG Mobile uses for the Royale Pass, crates, outfits and the in-game shop. UC sits on your account, not on your phone, so it stays with you if you change device.
On CubieMart a seller sends the UC straight to your account. You give your Player ID and nothing else. No seller ever needs your password or a login code, and no one from CubieMart will ask for one.
Before you start
- Your PUBG Mobile Player ID, copied out of the game. It is digits only.
- A CubieMart account. Orders, delivery and warranty claims all hang off it, so buying without one is not possible.
- A payment method ready: bKash, Nagad or your CubieMart wallet balance. Checkout shows the methods that are switched on for you.
- You do not need to log out of PUBG Mobile. You can keep playing while the order is processed.
Buying UC, step by step

Find the product
Search "PUBG UC" in the search bar, or open Top Up and pick PUBG Mobile from the game list.

Pick the package
Packages are listed by UC amount. Bonus UC, where a package has it, is part of the package name — read it before you choose.

Compare the sellers
Several sellers usually offer the same package. The listing shows each one's price, rating and delivery estimate. The cheapest is not always the fastest.

Enter your Player ID
Paste it into the Player ID field. Do not type it from memory. Read it back against the game once before moving on.

Pay
Checkout shows the total before you confirm. Your money is held by CubieMart until the seller delivers.

Receive and confirm
The UC lands on your account. Check the in-game balance, then confirm the order and rate the seller from My Orders.
A wrong Player ID sends the UC to a stranger's account. Once it has been delivered it cannot be pulled back, and it is not refundable. Check the ID before you pay, not after.
How long it takes
Top-ups on CubieMart are sent by a seller, so the time depends on that seller. Each listing shows the delivery estimate they promise, and their store page shows their average. Read it before you pick — that number is the only honest answer to "how fast".
You get a notification when the order status changes, and the order page in My Orders always shows where it stands.

Restart the game first
Fully close PUBG Mobile and open it again. The balance shown in an already-open session is often stale.

Check the order status
Open My Orders. If the seller has not marked it delivered yet, it is still in the queue and their estimate still applies.

Message the seller from the order
Use the message thread on the order page, not a private chat elsewhere. Anything said there is visible to support if it turns into a dispute.

Open a dispute
If the delivery estimate has passed and the seller is silent, click Report a problem on the order and attach a screenshot of your in-game balance.
Common questions
I entered the wrong Player ID. Can it be fixed?
Only if the seller has not sent it yet. Message them from the order page immediately — if it is still pending they can cancel and refund. Once the UC has landed on the wrong account, no one can reverse it.
Do I have to give my PUBG account password?
No. The Player ID alone is enough to send UC. If anyone asks for your password, your Facebook or Google login, or a verification code, stop and report them from the order page.
Does it work on any region or server?
Most PUBG Mobile UC listings work on the global account, but some sellers restrict theirs. Restrictions are shown as chips near the price on the listing. If your account is on a regional version of the game, check that line before paying.
Why is it cheaper than buying UC inside the game?
Two reasons, usually. Sellers buy top-up credit in bulk, and buying outside the app skips the app store's cut on every purchase. The UC itself is the same UC — it arrives on the same account and spends the same way.
Can I buy UC for a friend?
Yes. Enter their Player ID instead of yours. Get the ID from them as a copied text, not read out over a call — that is where most wrong-ID orders come from.
