Status by status
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Checking payment | Your payment has not been confirmed yet. The seller cannot see your order. |
| Seller preparing | Payment confirmed. The seller has the order and your details. |
| Delivering | Part of a multi-item order has been delivered and the rest is still coming. |
| Delivered / Confirm it | Everything has been handed over. Check it, then press Confirm & complete. |
| Completed | Closed, either because you confirmed or because it closed on its own. |
| Cancelled | It will not be delivered. If a payment was rejected, the reason is in your notifications. |
| Refunded | The money has gone back to your wallet. |
| Disputed | A problem report is open on this order and is being looked at. |
A delivered order that you do not confirm closes on its own three days after delivery. Confirming sooner does not cost you anything.
