Two numbers, one account
Mobile Legends: Bang Bang identifies an account by a User ID and a Zone ID together. The Zone ID is the server your account lives on. The same User ID can exist on more than one zone, so the pair is the address, not the first number on its own.
In-game the two are usually printed together, with the Zone ID in brackets after the User ID. On the order form they go into two separate fields.

Open MLBB and go to the main screen
Log into the account you want the Diamonds on.

Tap your avatar
Your picture sits in a corner of the main screen and opens your profile.

Read the line under your name
You will see something in the shape of a number, then a second number in brackets. The first is the User ID, the bracketed one is the Zone ID.

Split them across the two fields
User ID in the first field, the bracketed number in the Zone ID field, without the brackets.
The Zone ID is the field people leave out or guess. A correct User ID with the wrong zone points at a different player, the Diamonds go to them, and delivered top-ups are not refundable.
Mistakes people actually make
- Pasting "12345678 (2345)" whole into the User ID field.
- Leaving the Zone ID blank, or filling it with a guess like 1 or 0.
- Sending the in-game nickname, which is not an ID at all.
- Copying the squad or clan ID from the squad screen.
- Using an old note from before an account switch.

Accept a nickname check if the seller offers one
Some sellers read your in-game nickname back before sending. If the name is not yours, the ID pair is wrong.
Common questions
What if I only see one number?
Look again at the same line — the zone is usually printed right after the ID in brackets, in smaller text. Do not guess it.
Does the Zone ID change?
It is tied to where your account was created, so for normal play it stays put. If you have somehow ended up with a second account, check the zone on the one you are actually topping up.
Is it safe to share the User ID and Zone ID?
Yes. That pair is only an address. Passwords, Moonton account details and verification codes are not, and no seller needs them.
