How to top up Mobile Legends Diamonds

Buy MLBB Diamonds with your User ID and Zone ID — both are needed, and the Zone ID is the one people forget.

What Diamonds are

Diamonds are the paid currency in Mobile Legends: Bang Bang. They buy skins, heroes, Starlight and event passes. They stay on the account, not the device.

MLBB is the one game on this list where two numbers are needed instead of one. Your account is identified by a User ID plus a Zone ID. A correct User ID with the wrong Zone ID is still the wrong account.

Before you start

  • Your User ID and your Zone ID. In-game they are usually shown together, with the Zone ID in brackets after the User ID.
  • A CubieMart account, logged in.
  • A payment method: bKash, Nagad or wallet balance. Checkout shows the methods that are switched on for you.

Buying Diamonds, step by step

  1. 1

    Find the product

Search "Mobile Legends", or open Top Up and pick Mobile Legends from the game list.

  2. 2

    Pick the package

Packages are listed by Diamond amount. Some listings are for passes rather than plain Diamonds — the package name says which.

  3. 3

Enter User ID, then Zone ID

They are two separate fields. Do not paste the whole "12345678 (2345)" string into the first one — the number in brackets belongs in the Zone ID field, without the brackets.

  4. 4

Check the nickname if the seller shows it

Some sellers confirm the in-game nickname back to you before sending. If the name they read back is not yours, stop there.

  5. 5

    Pay

The total is shown before you confirm, and the money is held until delivery.

  6. 6

    Check in-game and confirm

Reopen MLBB, check the Diamond count, then confirm the order in My Orders.

A wrong User ID or a wrong Zone ID both end the same way: the Diamonds land on a stranger's account and cannot be taken back or refunded. Check both numbers before paying.

How long it takes

The seller sends it, so their delivery estimate on the listing is the figure that matters. Their store page shows the average across their past orders.

Order status is always visible in My Orders, and you get a notification when it changes.

If the Diamonds have not arrived

  1. 1

    Reopen the game

Close MLBB fully and log back in before judging the balance.

  2. 2

    Re-read the ID you submitted

The order page shows exactly what you typed. Compare it with the game, digit by digit, including the Zone ID.

  3. 3

    Message the seller

Use the thread on the order page.

  4. 4

    Open a dispute

Report a problem on the order, with a screenshot of your Diamond balance attached.

Common questions

What is the Zone ID and why does it matter?

It is the server your account lives on. The same User ID can exist on more than one zone, so the pair is what identifies you. Send Diamonds to the right User ID on the wrong zone and they go to somebody else.

Is my nickname the same as my User ID?

No. The nickname is the name other players see and you can change it. The User ID is a number and it never changes. Sellers need the number.

Do I need to give my login details?

No. User ID and Zone ID are enough. Nobody needs your password, your Moonton account or a verification code.

Does it work outside Bangladesh?

MLBB Diamonds go to the account, and the account is not tied to where you are sitting. Any listing-level restriction is shown near the price.

Why is it cheaper than topping up inside MLBB?

Bulk buying on the seller's side, and no app store commission on top. The Diamonds themselves are identical.
