What Razer Gold is
Razer Gold is a wallet you top up with a Razer Gold PIN, then spend inside supported games and stores. It is useful when a game does not accept the payment methods available in Bangladesh.
Which games accept it varies by country. Check on Razer's own site that the game you want is supported where you are, before buying a PIN.
Razer Gold runs country-specific wallets alongside a global one. A PIN issued for one country will not load into a wallet set to another. Read the region on the listing, and know which wallet your Razer ID uses.
Before you buy
-
1
Sign in at the Razer Gold site
Your wallet shows a balance and a currency. That currency tells you which PIN region you need.
-
2
Confirm your game accepts Razer Gold in your country
Razer lists supported titles per market. If the game is not listed, the PIN will load but you will not be able to spend it where you wanted.
Where your PIN arrives
My Orders at /account/orders, open the order, and the code is printed on it under a green DELIVERED heading, with a Download as .txt button beside it. A Razer Gold PIN is a long numeric string, sometimes with a separate serial number.
Common questions
Can I cash out Razer Gold?
No. It is spending credit inside supported games and stores only, and it is not transferable between accounts.
The PIN loaded but the game will not take it.
That is a support question for Razer or the game publisher, not a delivery problem. The PIN did what it was sold to do.
The PIN was already used.
That is CubieMart's side. Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot. See /help/refunds.
