What the card buys
Redeeming a Roblox gift card gives you either Robux straight away or Roblox Credit, which you then spend on Robux or on a Premium membership.
Robux land on the account that redeemed the code. They cannot be moved to another account afterwards, so redeem on the account that actually plays.
Roblox gift cards are sold country by country and carry that country's currency. A card bought for one country can be rejected on an account set to another, and Roblox Credit stays in the currency it arrived in. Check the region chip on the listing.

Know which account the Robux are for
Sign in to that account on the web first. Redeeming while signed into a sibling's or an old account is the mistake we see most.

Roblox account settings show a country. Buy the card region that matches it.
Where your code arrives
My Orders at /account/orders, open the order, and the code is printed on it under a green DELIVERED heading, with a Download as .txt button beside it. A Roblox gift card code is a string of letters and digits, entered on the Roblox redeem page.
Common questions
Is a Roblox gift card the same as a Robux top-up?
No. A top-up on CubieMart is delivered to your username by the seller. A gift card is a code you redeem yourself. Both end with Robux on your account, but the process is different — see /help/top-up.
I got Roblox Credit instead of Robux.
That is normal for some card types. Go to the Robux purchase page while signed in and pay with your credit balance.
Roblox says the code is invalid.
Retype it rather than pasting, watch for 0 versus O, and confirm the region. If it still fails, open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem and attach the screenshot. See /help/refunds.
