Pick the method at checkout
The account number to send to appears right there, with a Copy button next to it. Use only the number shown on that screen.

Send the exact amount
Checkout tells you the exact figure to send. Sending more or less is the single most common reason a payment sits unmatched.

Fill in the two boxes
Your number / account is the number you sent the money from. Transaction ID is the TrxID in your payment SMS. Both are required.

Place the order
The order is created straight away and sits at Checking payment. Checkout says this is verified by hand, usually within a few hours.
Do not send the money to any number given to you in a chat message. The only correct number is the one on the checkout screen.
Common questions
I typed the TrxID wrong. What now?
Open a ticket from Support with your order number and the correct TrxID. The order stays at Checking payment until it is matched, so nothing is lost.
Can I pay from someone else's bKash?
Yes, as long as you enter the number the money was actually sent from. That is the number our team searches for.
The mobile methods are not showing at all.
