Before you start
Open the Amazon site the card is for. A .com card must be redeemed on amazon.com, a .co.uk card on amazon.co.uk. Balances are kept per site and never merge.
An Amazon claim code mixes letters and digits and is normally printed in dash-separated groups.

Sign in to the correct Amazon marketplace

Open Account, then Gift cards

Choose Redeem a Gift Card and paste the claim code

The balance shows on the same page and applies automatically at your next checkout
In the Amazon app

Open the menu and go to your account

Find the gift cards section and choose to redeem

Enter the claim code by hand if scanning fails
What the error means

When it is CubieMart's problem
- The claim code was already applied before you got it, or the amount is not what you paid for.
- Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot, then read /help/refunds.
