Product types, and what each one asks the buyer

Six types. Only one of them can be delivered automatically.

The six types

Type	The buyer is asked for
UID Top Up	Player UID, and optionally a nickname so you can confirm the account.
Login Required	How they log in (a list you define), their account email or username, and their password. Email and password are stored encrypted.
Redeem Code / Key	Nothing. This is the only type that can auto-deliver, from your code pool.
Username	Their username on the service.
Character ID	A character ID and a server.
Custom Form	Whatever you build. Start empty and add exactly the fields you need.

For a login-based product, put the login method field before the email and password. Without it you will not know which door the credentials open, and trying the wrong one can lock the account.
Mark password fields sensitive. Password-type fields are treated as sensitive even if you forget, and are encrypted either way.
If you use a dropdown, the buyer can only submit one of your listed options. Editing that list later affects carts that are already sitting open — buyers will be asked to fill the field again.
Only mark a field required if you truly cannot deliver without it. Every required field is one more place an order can stall.
