Set a username first
Telegram accounts do not have a username by default. Open Settings in Telegram and set one before you order — the seller cannot gift Premium without it.

Give it at checkout
Copy it rather than typing it, and do not include the @ if the form does not show one.

Watch for the Telegram message
Premium arrives as a gift inside Telegram itself. Your profile shows the Premium badge once it is active.
Do not change your username between ordering and delivery. The seller sends the gift to the username on the order.
