What Gems are
Gems are the paid currency in Brawl Stars. They buy skins, Brawl Pass tiers and shop offers.
Like other Supercell games, your account is identified by a Player Tag — a short code starting with a hash, made of letters and digits.
Before you start
- Your Player Tag, copied from your profile in the game.
- The listing read through, including how the seller delivers.
- A CubieMart account and a payment method.
Buying Gems, step by step
-
1
Find the product
Search "Brawl Stars", or open Top Up and pick it from the game list.
-
2
Pick the package
Gem packs and pass offers are separate listings. Read the name.
-
3
Enter your Player Tag
Paste it exactly as the game shows it.
-
4
Pay and check in-game
Reopen Brawl Stars, check the Gem count, then confirm the order.
A mistyped Player Tag sends the Gems to another player and cannot be undone. Copy the tag out of the game.
How long it takes
The seller's delivery estimate is on the listing and their average is on their store page. Status changes show up in My Orders with a notification.
Past the estimate with no delivery, message the seller from the order thread and then open a dispute with Report a problem.
Common questions
Is my Brawl Stars tag the same as my Clash of Clans tag?
No. Each Supercell game gives your account its own Player Tag. Take the tag from the game you are topping up.
Is the name shown to other players my tag?
No. The name can be changed and can be shared with others. The tag is the unique part.
Do I need to share account access?
Do not share login codes with anyone. If a listing requires more than the tag, it says so before you pay.
