What eFootball Coins are
eFootball Coins are the paid currency in eFootball. They are used for packs, contracts and in-game offers.
eFootball runs on mobile and on console and PC, and progress does not always sit on the same account across them. The seller asks for your platform so the Coins land where you actually play.
Before you start
- Your eFootball User ID, copied from inside the game.
- Which platform your account is on.
- A CubieMart account and a payment method.
Buying Coins, step by step

Find the product
Search "eFootball", or open Top Up and pick eFootball Mobile from the game list.

Pick the package
Packages are listed by Coin amount.

Enter your User ID and platform
Paste the User ID. Pick the platform your account actually runs on, not the one you own a device for.

Pay and check in-game
Restart eFootball, check the Coin balance, then confirm the order.
A wrong User ID delivers the Coins to another account, and it is not reversible. Copy the ID out of the game before you order.
How long it takes
The delivery estimate on the seller's listing is the number to use, and their store page shows their average across past orders.
If it passes with no delivery, message the seller from the order page and then use Report a problem to open a dispute.
Common questions
Does the platform really matter?
Yes. eFootball keeps separate progress and separate balances depending on how the account was set up. Picking the wrong platform can send Coins to an account you do not play on.
Is my in-game team name my User ID?
No. The team name is text you chose. The User ID is a separate identifier shown in the game and it does not change with the team name.
Do I hand over my Konami login?
No. The User ID and platform are what a direct top-up needs. Never share a password or a code sent to you.
