| Seller preparing | Waiting on the seller. Give them the estimate on the listing, then use Cancel & refund when it appears on the line. |
| Delivering | Part of your order is done. Each line is separate; check which one is outstanding. |
| Delivered / Confirm it | Waiting on you. Check it works, then press Confirm & complete. |
| Disputed | A case is open. Reply on it — it does not move forward while everyone is silent. |
An order with items from two sellers has two independent lines. One being late does not hold the other back.
