What a valid code looks like
A PlayStation Store voucher code is 12 digits. If your code is 10 digits it is a discount code, which is applied in the cart at checkout, not on the redeem screen.
Sign in to the account you actually want the credit on. Sony does not transfer funds or content between accounts.

Go to the PlayStation Store and select your profile at the top

Choose Redeem Code from the drop-down menu

Enter the 12-digit code and select Continue
On a PS5

Open PlayStation Store and press the triangle button for the menu

Select the More option, then Redeem Code

Enter the code and select Redeem
On a PS4 or in the PlayStation App

PS4: open PlayStation Store, scroll to the bottom of the sidebar and select Redeem Codes

App: tap the PS Store icon, open the menu on the right, then Redeem Code

You can also redeem at checkout by choosing Redeem Codes and Gift Cards as the payment method
What the error means

When it is CubieMart's problem
- A voucher that was already redeemed, the wrong denomination, or a PS Plus code when you paid for wallet credit.
- Open the order at /account/orders, choose Report a problem, attach the screenshot, then read /help/refunds.
- Redeeming on the wrong PSN account is not recoverable by anyone, so check the account first.
